Ordering & Made-to-Order Artwork
Each NuArtis Wildlife artwork is created to order specifically for you. Using museum-quality materials and advanced printing techniques, every piece is produced in the size and medium you select at the time of purchase.
Because each work is individually produced, we take great care in preparing, inspecting, and packaging your artwork to ensure it arrives in excellent condition and is ready to be enjoyed for many years.

Each NuArtis Wildlife artwork is created to order specifically for you. Using museum-quality materials and advanced printing techniques, every piece is produced in the size and medium you select at the time of purchase.
Because each work is individually produced, we take great care in preparing, inspecting, and packaging your artwork to ensure it arrives in excellent condition and is ready to be enjoyed for many years.

Returns, Replacements
& Cancellations
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not already begun.
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each artwork is made to your selected specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on a change of mind, décor preference, or an incorrect selection of size or medium.
We encourage you to carefully review your selections before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photographs of: the artwork, the affected area, the shipping packaging, the shipping label
Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you, including applicable replacement shipping charges.
If replacement is not possible, an appropriate refund will be provided.

Carefully Prepared for Its Journey
Each NuArtis Wildlife artwork is produced, inspected, and carefully packaged before shipment.
Production Time
Production time varies depending upon the artwork, size, and medium selected. Once your artwork has been completed and released for shipment, you will receive shipping confirmation and available tracking information.
Shipping & Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when your order leaves our production facility.
Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier schedules, destination, weather, oversized handling requirements, and other circumstances outside our control.
Large and Oversized Artwork
Larger works may require additional protective packaging, special handling, or oversized carrier service.
These pieces may take somewhat longer to prepare and deliver.
For larger or higher-value shipments, a signature may be required at delivery.
Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
If an address needs to be changed, contact us as quickly as possible. Once an artwork has entered the shipping process, we may no longer be able to redirect the package. When

Please inspect both the package and artwork promptly after delivery.
If the package shows visible signs of damage, photograph the packaging before opening it whenever possible.
If the artwork itself has been damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Missing or Delayed Shipments
If tracking indicates an unusual delay, or if your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact us promptly so we can assist in working with the carrier.
For valuable or oversized artwork, we recommend arranging for someone to receive the shipment whenever possible rather than allowing it to remain unattended after delivery.

Caring for Your Artwork
With reasonable care, your NuArtis Wildlife artwork is designed to provide many years of enjoyment.
General Care
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct
sunlight.
• Keep artwork away from excessive
heat and humidity.
• Avoid fireplaces, heating vents, and
strong air-conditioning drafts.
• Do not expose artwork to water,
household cleaners, solvents, or
aerosol sprays.
• Handle artwork with clean, dry hands.
• Avoid touching the printed surface
whenever possible.
• Maintain a reasonably stable indoor
environment
Archival Fine Art Paper
We recommend professional framing using archival materials.
For maximum protection:
• Use acid-free matting and backing.
•.Consider UV-filtering glass or acrylic.
• Use a mat or spacer to prevent the
artwork from touching the glazing.
• Handle unframed artwork only by the
edges.
• Clean cotton gloves are recommended
whenever practical.
Never wipe or clean the printed surface with water or household cleaning products.
Canvas & Stretched Canvas
Handle canvas carefully to avoid scratching, creasing, or pressure against the printed surface.
Rolled canvas should never be folded and should ideally be professionally stretched.
For stretched canvas, handle the artwork by the stretcher frame whenever possible rather than pressing against the canvas surface.
If light dust accumulates, gently remove it with a clean, soft, dry artist’s brush or other non-abrasive tool. Do not use water, furniture polish, glass cleaner, or household cleaning products.
